Refunds:

In the eventuality of any refund only the value of the item(s) will be refunded less the collection fee of £4.99. The original delivery fee of £4.99 will also not be refunded.

Example: A customer purchases an £150 item and pays £4.99 delivery making a payment in full of £154.99. In the eventuality of a refund only the item less collection fee of £4.99 will be refunded; the customers final refund would be £145.01

If you have any issues please contact us for resolve. Any changes (adjustments & alterations) made by a customer to an item will result in non return and/or no refund.

New Items:

Music Bound covers any carriage costs on item exchanges (like for like only) if damage in transit occurs.

Pre-owned Items:

Pre-owned items are non-refundable unless the item is faulty upon receipt (Please note that this does not include electrical Items that are blown by customers - See Electrical Items section below)

Please note all pre-owned, vintage & rare items are serviced, checked and in working order prior to dispatch.

Electrical Items:

Please note that any items damaged by misuse (being blown components) are not covered by any warranty, this relates to all products new or pre-owned. If you are unsure about any set up processes please ask for advice as you will be charged for the repair in this eventuality.
