Description
The Roland PA-60 is an analog mixer made in Japan in 1975. It integrates a beautiful spring reverb; It is the same reverb model as in the Roland RE-201. It offers six mixing channels; An analog meter. Each channel has a reverb level control, a treble and bass boost or cut control, a volume control and a StandBy switch. Channels 5 and 6 are Line/Microphone switchable to be able to connect an electric guitar or a microphone... (in jack). There is a global reverb metering as well as a general volume control. The Roland Pa-60 has also an Auxiliary output/input on the general output called here ECHO but you can of course use this Auxiliary channel for any effect you want to connect to the Roland Pa-60; you will be able to adjust the dosage of your external effect thanks to the ECHO setting of the Pa-60. The Roland Pa-60 is a mixer with a very nice warmth and coloring to the sound. Here at VintageSynthShop.com we especially like to push the levels to use the beautiful natural distortion, for example on thick synthetic bass lines...
